Thus, if a customer rates a product as "4 out of 5" (which implies a Minimum Rating of 0 and a Maximum Rating of 5)<br /><br />Normalized Rating is a calculated field. The default formula is:<br />(Rating - Minimum Rating)/(Maximum Rating - Minimum Rating)<br /><br />The result will be a rating out of 10. Thus "4 out of 5" would be normalized as an 8.<br /><br />The average of normalized ratings is the correct way to roll up Feedback. Consider three Feedback records with Normalized Ratings of 3, 5 and 7.
