We all know that Learning Path is the new thing introduced in CRM.
Here is a way to Turn On/Off.
Go to Settings > Administration..
On the Administration page, click System Settings.
On the General tab, scroll down to the Set custom Help URL section. Next to Enable Learning Path, select Yes or No.
